This is a substantial renovation of an existing house in Baltimore, West cork, Ireland. It includes the renovation of a cottage adjacent to the main house . The renovation has taken advantage of the magnificent sea views and incredible light. The design also creates private zones for the family to enjoy centred around a private court at the rear of the property. It takes advantage of the level changes on the site to provide access at mid level and therefore further enhancing the views.
