This project required a sensitive approach to maintain the street front of Ballycastle while affording views to the rear of a heritage church. The building has a simple palette using simple materials such as polished concrete floors and wood and white walls. It is a light filled space and easy to navigate.

E.R.Design Architects were asked to design the art gallery in Ballycastle .Engineers were employed to do the construction documentation and the gallery was subsequently built .One of the key features was to capture the view of the heritage church in the rear while preserving the street front in Ballycastle . It is a light filled gallery using a simple palette of materials such as polished concrete floors and stone .
